Problem 1: The real estate market, especially the residential market is down and going lower.

Problem 2: Foreclosures on homes is increasing.

Solution 1: At the real estate office that I am mentoring at I would survey clients on their opinion on investing and becoming a homeowner. Then insure the people that it is the best time to buy a house because the costs are low.

Solution 2: Survey homeowners and use results.
